"Membership Has Expired" Message - What Does This Mean? Look Here!

February 13, 2021 12:00 AM

If you happen to encouter this message while you are trying to register your participant for a league based activity, it means the physical we have on file for your participant has expired.

When physicals are submitted to the Recreation Department they are uploaded to each individual participants account as a "membership".  One year from the date of when the physical was performed is entered as when the membership ends.

Example:  Date of exam 01.01.2021, expiration date 01.01.2022.

This helps ensure that all participants meet the districts policy of having a current physical at the time of registration.  We are in the process to updatae our software so that it will eventually state "physical has expired" instead of membership.

Thank you for registering for a Recreation Department activity and we look forward to providing healthy activities for the community!
