Foster Pool Manager

Summer of 2023

Schedule:  One weekend shift, one closing shift, total of 5 shifts per week from June 4 through August 12.  Variable schedule before/after season, including one shift Labor Day weekend.   Responsible for scheduling pool attendants, pool cashiers, swim instructors, and lifeguards at Foster and LHS Pools.  Inventories supplies.  Teaches Junior Lifeguarding class.  Makes recommendations for assistant pool managers and head lifeguards at Foster Pool. 

Requirements: 

 Current Red Cross certification in Lifeguarding (must be valid for length of season)

Some college education, certification as LGI and/or CPO preferred. 

Previous management experience, preferably in a recreation or aquatic facility, strongly preferred.

Extensive customer service and cash handling experience strongly preferred.
