Instructor Jim Kulma - Qigong (Chee-gung) is a popular healing exercise, (similar to Tai Chi) that emphasizes the health of the mind and body.  Benefits include concentration and balance, increased range of motion and reduced stress.  This class will introduce the Wild Goose Routine.  No experience necessary.  Class Min 8/Max 20.
