Instructor Cathleen Donavan - By mid life, yoga needs to be practiced differently.  Join us to build strength, balance, flexibility and healing using gentle, graceful Qi-Gong movements along with slower, longer held yoga poses.  With age, we encounter stiffness, balance and muscle/bone loss issues.  Yoga builds strength, moves our blood/breath, and aligns our bodies.  Qi-Gong opens and builds energy.  Class Min 6/ Max 10.
